Within 7 days of receiving your items, you can return your items for a full refund.
You must notify us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your items if you would like to use this option.
If you wish to return an item we strongly recommend that you use a secure method of postage that insures you for the value of the goods and allows you to trace the goods. We also recommend that you retain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Please ensure that the goods you wish to return qualify with the following conditions. If not, we may be unable to process the return and we will have to re-send the package back to you at your own expense.
Conditions of return:
· The goods must be received by MOJA Clothing within 21 days of the receipt of goods.
· The goods must be in sellable condition.
· The goods must not have been worn.
· The goods should have no markings or odours on them from such things as make-up, perfume, aftershaves, deodorant, smoke etc.
· A copy of the receipt of purchase, invoice or a note containing the order reference number should be included in the returned package.
If the fault appears before or after having worn the garment you must contact us with details of the fault and we will advise you as to the next course of action.
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and remember to include your order reference number, the details of the goods and a detailed description of the fault. Please do not send back the goods before contacting us and hearing back from us.
If we deem the alleged fault to be inherent to the garment we will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
If we do not deem the alleged fault to be inherent to the garment the goods are sent back to the manufacturers in order to establish the cause of the damage. If necessary we will replace the item at no extra cost to you. Wherever possible we will repair the item and return it to you at no extra cost to you.
Please ensure that you adhere to the manufacturers care instructions strictly as MOJA Clothing cannot accept back any goods damaged as a result of negligence.
MOJA Clothing's decision will be final in all matters regarding faulty items.
